Returns & Refund Policy

We generally have a policy of NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.

We will only accept a return for credit or replacement (no refund) if there is a mistake on our behalf. These are standard Swarovski items and colors. Be sure of what you want before ordering. Colors on your screen do not reproduce the actual colors of the crystals and the Aurora coating may tend towards pink or blue tones. If in doubt, allow enough time to request a sample.

In order to return anything for credit or replacement, you must have an authorization number.

Any items returned without an authorization will NOT be subject to a credit or replacement.

Once you have phoned and received an authorization code, (call 1 250 642-6745 )
Print out the tag below, fill it in and attach it to the package.

Very Important: If using a Customs Declaration from the Courier or the Post Office
make certain the information is transferred on to the form.
For example: PS Form 2976-A triplicate USPS form
It must state in the "Detailed Description" box the following:

Indoor Decorative Glassware HS Tariff # 7013.99.00.95
Damaged Goods, return to origin, Canada
ZERO rated GST,
ZERO rated PST on Returned Goods

If it does not have this ON the form, (even if the label is on the package),
it may be held in Customs and you may not get credit or replacement.
If you do not use a form, make sure the label is on the package.
